These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the pvip platform and all its services. By creating an account, playing games, placing bets, or using any other service on this platform, you are considered to have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms.

pvip is an online gaming and betting platform that offers slot games, live casino, cricket betting, and other gaming services to users in Bangladesh. The terms "platform", "site", or "pvip" used in these Terms refer to all services and related activities.

2.1 Age Limit and Eligibility

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, the same mobile number, from the same device, or on the same network connection is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified, all of them will be closed and the funds held in them may be forfeited.

2.3 Information Required for Registration

The following details must be provided accurately at the time of registration:

• Full name (as per national identity card)
• Valid mobile number (Bangladeshi)
• Email address (where applicable)
• Date of birth (for age verification)

pvip may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. If documents are not provided within the specified period, the account may be temporarily suspended.

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account.

If you believe there has been unauthorised access to your account or that your password has become known to someone else, notify us immediately via our 24/7 live chat support. pvip will not be liable for any loss resulting from a delayed report.

An account may only be used by its owner. Placing bets or managing an account on behalf of a third party is prohibited.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

pvip currently accepts bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay for deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Funds are added to the account after the deposit is successfully verified.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframe

The same methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay — are used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal processing generally takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours.

4.3 Payment Verification

pvip reserves the right to verify any payment transaction for security purposes. If a suspicious transaction is identified, processing may be temporarily put on hold while identity verification is carried out.

Withdrawals will be sent back via the same deposit method used. Funds will go to the mobile wallet registered on the account — sending to any other number is not possible.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

pvip offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000, the bonus will be ৳2,000 and the total balance will be ৳3,000. To withdraw the bonus, bets totalling ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 must be placed.

5.2 Bonus Terms of Use

Important rules regarding bonuses:

• The bonus is given only once — on the first deposit.
• The bonus cannot be withdrawn without completing the wagering requirement.
• After claiming the bonus, the wagering requirement must be completed within a specified time limit.
• Bets placed with bonus balance cannot be transferred to another account.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

The pvip VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Cashback on weekly net losses is provided at each tier — from a maximum of 0.2% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.0% at Diamond. Example: if a Gold member incurs a net loss of ৳20,000 in a given week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 in cashback.

pvip reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer. A notice will be posted on the platform before such changes take effect.

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games available on the pvip platform are run according to set rules and procedures. Each game has its own rules, which should be read before starting. If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, pvip reserves the right to void or review the relevant transaction where applicable.

6.2 Betting Terms

For sports betting, the outcome of any match will be settled after the official result is announced. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, that bet will be voided and the stake returned. In the case of multi-bets, if one selection is voided, the remaining selections will form a new multi-bet.

6.3 Quotes and Odds

Displayed odds are subject to change. The odds in effect at the time a bet is accepted are final. pvip reserves the right to void bets accepted at incorrect odds, and the stake will be returned in such cases.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pvip platform:

• Helping anyone under 21 years of age to create an account.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Attempting to cheat or manipulate the game or betting system.
• Using automated software or bots to place bets.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing or behaving abusively towards other users.
• Attempting a cyber attack on pvip's systems.

If such activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately and the relevant authorities will be informed if necessary.

8.1 pvip's Authority

pvip reserves the right to suspend or close an account for any reason — particularly in the event of a breach of these Terms. Any valid withdrawable balance is generally returned before an account is closed; however, if an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, the balance may be withheld or forfeited.

8.2 Closure at User's Request

You may contact our support team at any time to request the closure of your account. If a valid balance exists at the time of the request, it will be returned through the withdrawal process.
